?uestlove… only if it was for a day… December 9th, The Roots played @ the Parardiso, Amsterdam. The sold out the old church two days in a row (like they do almost every year around that time of the year). This band just isn’t able to disappoint… they’re born with their instruments in their hand and talents in their gut. What other band could possibly get away with taking a tuba no to stage during a hiphop concert?
Dirty detail: according to rumors the Black Thought is really into Dutch Treat No. 2: kroketten. Hope they’ll back next year.. for now enjoy ?uestlove battling F. Knuckels on the drums!
